They are looking for a young, driven, sharp, dynamic Sales Manager to join and lead their team based in Canggu. They offer a full range of real estate services, specialising in residential, commercial, and rural property sales as well as villa rentals and property management services. More than just a real estate agency they are advisors, analysts, consultants, partners and creatives.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Delivery of property and investor closures for existing and new developments/projects
  • Drive the identification and liaison with potential property sales and investor prospects to the point of closure
  • Lead team training with key colleagues to ensure key stakeholders are clear of the role/importance/power of the rental and property sales platform
  • Define and manage new business strategy in key investor markets
  • Meet and exceed own sales targets, be the driving force behind your team targets
  • Must excel at creating and closing new sales opportunities
  • Must demonstrate a keen interest in investment in Indonesia and real estate worldwide
  • Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
  • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
  • Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers and owners
  • Connect with key real estate agents / brokers / financial institutions in the domestic and international market
  • Lead the business development efforts for all new developments and projects
  • Negotiate pricing strategy with property owners
  • Management and training of sales team to ensure commercial delivery
  • Collaboration with marketing function to ensure that sales and marketing teams are joined up and talking with one voice to the market. Of particular note, that CRM programmes are effectively targeted to enhance the commercial agenda and listings are thoroughly checked / quality control and presented to a high level
  • Develop and own the full lead journey through CRM and train and empower colleagues to manage their pipeline
  • Measurement and evaluation (M&E) reporting to be documented and presented where required
  • Ensure that business performance remains aligned to annual budget through commercial sales execution
  • Defining of sales strategy, creation and management of budget (aligned by Exec.) of sales targets of operating business

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 4+ years of previous relevant experience required with proven technical and analytical acumen
  • Previous and proven real estate experience in Indonesia
  • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
  • Hungry for success and deals
  • Cultured, someone who enjoys learning about new cultures
  • Driven commercial leader with proven sales acumen and hunger to exceed targets
  • A deeply analytical thinker with an ability to interpret through a solid understanding of market dynamics and consumer
  • Superb attention to detail; material produced is meticulously executed
  • Problem Solving; must be able to critically analyse and tackle problems and present viable solutions
  • Entrepreneurial spirit; must be able to deal with ambiguity and willing to take risks as needed
  • Strong communication skills; this person is able to present information (both written and oral) clearly and concisely. This person needs to be able to communicate clearly at all levels within an organization
  • Creativity; they need to be open to new ideas, adventurous and practical simultaneously.

  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally
  • Previous experience in Real Estate in Indonesia is a MUST.
  • Oral and written Bahasa is a bonus.
