MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Must excel at creating and closing new sales opportunities
- Must demonstrate a keen interest in investment and real estate worldwide
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
- Connect with key real estate agents / brokers / financial institutions in the international market
REQUIREMENTS:
- 6+ years of sales experience.
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Hungry for success and deals.
- Cultured, someone who enjoys learning about new cultures.
