Requirements:
- Local candidates only
- Bachelor Degree in relevant field
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in relevant field
- Proven experience in the customs, trade, transport and logistics sector
- Previous experience in sales admin in an international company
- Fluent in English is a MUST, French would be a real additional advantage
- Self-driven and highly motivated
- Solution-oriented and proactive mind
- Able to work in autonomy with remote supervision
- Marketing knowledge/experience would be an advantage
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, word, PowerPoint) and internet browsing
- Knowledge of Xero is a plus
- Energetic, quick learner and attentive to detail, able to multi-task and with a very high sense of customer service
Responsibilities:
- Assist on the new sales leads to ensure an efficient order process: request quotations, follow-up with orders, and transport
- Documentation related to Import & Sales Admin.
- Processing all purchase orders, sales orders, imports including customs & inland logistics
- Create and edit Invoices and quotations on Xero
- Keep sales data administration
- Monitor the account receivable from customers
- Verify that all documentation adheres to import policies and laws
- Deal with shipping, receiving, and record-keeping for international transactions
- Coordinate shipping with customs agents for clearance on overseas deliveries
- Coordinate all issues related to domestic shipment or delivery
- Update reports daily to support the sales team to increase performance
- deal with correspondence, complaints, and queries
