Sales and Marketing Specialist (Tabanan)

Are you a digitally savvy individual with solid experience in Sales and Marketing? A Singapore-based investment firm specializing in sustainable environmental solutions is searching for a Sales and Marketing Specialist to join their team immediately. The ideal candidate is highly driven and passionate about sales. 

Requirements:

• Local candidate only
• At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in the related field
• Consumer marketing experience in food and beverage is preferred
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master’s Degree, or any field
• Highly motivated, digitally savvy, and commercially minded
• Willing to approach and engage customers in-person in developing new and repeat sales.

Responsibilities:

• Identify Agents and Dealers, who become their distribution channel to sell to customers
• Identify Depos, who become their distribution channel to sell to customers
• Identify and sell our water purification and glass bottling products to direct end-users, such as hotels, beach clubs, restaurants, koperasi, offices, etc.
• Create and build unique brand strategies (spearhead brand)
• Responsible for creating and maintaining important relationships with agents/dealers and customers
• Create promotional strategies and plans with the express objective of achieving brand sales targets and other sales and marketing KPIs (Key Performance Indicator)
• Responsible for our brand retail sales plan, communication plans, and consumer engagement (CRM) plans
