Requirements:
- Expat candidates only
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role
- Proven customer service experience as a manager
- Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
- BSc degree in Business Administration; hospitality management or culinary schooling is a plus
- Conversational fluency in English and Bahasa is a plus
- Good team building skills
- Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating daily restaurant management operations alongside chef, floor manager & bar manager
- Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with the marketing manager to lead digital marketing and sales
- Work with the brand owner to keep the experience within brand guidelines
- Reports to the “board”
- Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints
- Full P&L responsibility
