One of Bali’s leading full service Digital Marketing Agency’s is expanding its team of highly skilled Project Managers. Although the core responsibilities for this role are listed below there will be an important and necessary product training at the start of the role to grasp fully all elements and mechanics of the business as well as working hand in hand with the support teams for social media, copy writing, and new client on-boarding. 

Project Managers are responsible for team management, for planning and developing and clients’ digital strategies. This includes managing day-to-day team tasks, overseeing campaigns, as well as forward planning to meet client goals. In addition, they are the point of contact for client communication. 

Project managers manage a support team for social media, sales and administration. Additionally, they work alongside the media analysts, software and web developers, and creative design team. This position means you will work in an extremely close-knit, results-oriented team, and as Project Manager you are an integral part of delivering for the company’s clients, inspiring your team members and driving success. 

Project managers MUST be highly self-sufficient and consider themselves entrepreneurs. They must work independently, be self-starters, forward plan and be an example to their team members of hard work, expertise and precision.   

REQUIREMENTS: 

Point of Contact for Clients.  

  • Build long-term relationships with clients, by thoroughly understanding their needs and goals.  
  • Provide strategy, recommendations, research and reporting on a regular basis. 
  • Set clear expectations and KPI’s. 
  • Set up and maintain communication channels and monthly reporting with clients 

 

Build online campaigns, from start to finish, and then optimisation

  • In alignment with client goals, be the lead strategist for all digital assets, and ensure that they all work seamlessly together. This includes website, social media organic content, paid advertising, keyword search and SEO. 
  • Oversee and sign off on all content for creative and written copy
  • Be able to read data and reporting, to optimise campaigns and report to clients
  • Continuously look for ways to improve campaigns 

 

Team Management

  • Communicate client goals and strategy to support teams, so all members clearly understand objectives, deliverables and deadlines.
  • Advise on campaign or project storyboards, drafts, and content. Make recommendations for changes and optimisation as needed. 
  • Coach and empower team members for success and professional development.

 

Content Creation

  • As needed, write content for social media, Blogs, ad copy, SEO text, website and landing pages
