Do you have solid experience in project management? An exciting and fast-growing Trading, Sourcing, and Quality Control Agency is looking for a full time ODOO Functional Consultant / Project Manager with excellent problem-solving skills to join their team immediately! 

The chosen candidate will be responsible for the design, configuration, training and support during and after the implementation. This is a SaaS implementation with scope of the following Odoo Apps: CRM, Sales, Invoicing, Accounting, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, Quality, Project, HR. 

Requirements:

  • English speaking/written is a must 
  • Relevant bachelor’s degree 
  • Ability to understand business processes 
  • 3-5 years of experience. Multiple Odoo implementations are a big plus 
  • Knowledge in accounting and/or Supply Chain Management 
  • Excellent analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills 
  • Willing to travel between Bali and Jakarta
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Immediate availability

Responsibilities:

  • Be the owner and project manager for the full cycle implementation. The scope of modules is moderate and transaction numbers and number of users are quite low
  • Analyze the project requirements and suggest solutions 
  • Help with the configuration of the software
  • Successfully conduct CRP and UAT rounds 
  • Deliver functional training sessions for key users (prepare materials)
  • Create documentation for modules and user guides
  • Support writing functional procedures (Blueprint)
  • Manage project to completion
