One of Bali’s most efficient villa rental agencies is offering a managerial position to a switched on and experienced candidate to oversee and lead the brand’s growth and local sales team with the prime focus to drive sales.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Both local and expat candidates will be considered.
- University degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in online & offline sales of luxury hospitality/hotel/travel.
- Experience managing a local Indonesian team.
- Passion, drive & personality to lead a growing, luxury, boutique brand.
- Ability to lead by example and be a strong team player.
- Possess natural ability to think out of the box and implement them in different sales strategies.
- Possess very good relationships with a large network of online & offline travel agents and other travel industry players.
- Possess excellent English and Indonesian, verbal and written correspondence. A 3rd language is a plus.
- Have experience working with KPIs, be extremely result oriented, and is used to work with quantifiable sales results.
- Extremely organized, disciplined, and comfortable working with targets and deadlines.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conductive proactive selling, through online and offline channels. Continuously looking for new leads.
- Ensure properties are a top choice for all our partners and direct target market.
- Support, train and supervise the sales and reservations team. Understanding and creation of sales strategies and their implementation.
- Create packages and special offers and work with the design and communications team in optimizing the spread of every promotion.
- Possess technical & practical experience in channel management and online sales management.
- Maintain and promote a team-work environment with effective and clear communication amongst co-workers, ensuring the best customer service.
- Negotiate contracts with OTAs, TAs, DMCs, wholesalers and other partners. Ensure that the properties are ranked at the top in terms of findability by pursuing the most up-to-date strategies.
- Creating long-term and value-based relationships with customers.
- Assist in development and implementation of Promotions, Press Releases, Revenue and Yield Management Strategies.
- Participate in Sales strategies (marketing, direct mail, personal visits) and Site Inspections.
- Execute and support operational aspects of business booked, ensuring the best customer service is being provided at all times.
- Identify new market and business opportunities.
- Implement SOP requirements across your department(s).
- Play a crucial role in the brand’s signature experiences for our guests.
