Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the F&B sector 
• High-level qualification in hospitality is preferred
• In-depth F&B knowledge 
• Deliver exceptional customer service and possess excellent communication skills
• Positive working attitude in a dynamic and busy environment

• System oriented and willing to teach other staff.
• Good leader, able to understand other peoples strength and weaknesses. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
• Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
• Identify customer’s needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
• Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training, and appraising talented personnel
• Coordinate regular team meetings and ensure communication between manager and team members is sufficient
