Requirements:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the F&B sector
- High-level qualification in hospitality is preferred
- In-depth F&B knowledge
- Deliver exceptional customer service and possess excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
- Identify customer’s needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
- Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training, and appraising talented personnel
- Coordinate regular team meetings and ensure communication between manager and team members is sufficient
