Full-time Drafter – Construction And Waterproofing Operations (Ungasan)

Are you a highly motivated individual looking for a new job? A waterproofing specialist company offering services in Indonesian and all throughout South-East Asia is looking for a Full-Time Drafter (construction and waterproofing operations) to join their team immediately.

This role will consist of creating technical drawings for villas, commercial buildings, and other structures, incorporating exact measurements and codes to generate 3-D design models. The perfect candidate has strong organizational skills and is highly detail-oriented.

Requirements:

• MUST be fluent in English and Indonesian Bahasa
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in creating technical drawings of construction
• Should possess solid knowledge of computer-aided design software, and the ability to apply the fundamentals of sketching and design
• Visiting construction sites to perform measurements and calculate dimensions as needed
• Analyzing building specifications, codes, and sites
• Creating technical drawings from architects’ drawings, sketches, and specifications
• Using software to create drawings that incorporate exact measurements, calculations, building codes and other construction details
• Entering data into to create 3-D models and renderings
• Collaborating with architects and construction engineers to ensure adherence to building specifications and industry regulations
• Keeping abreast of the latest developments and technologies in architectural design
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Willing to travel and work after hours
• Printing drawing schematics for use by architects, construction managers, and structural and maintenance engineers

Responsibilities:

• Creating technical drawings for villas, commercial buildings, and other structures from architect’s sketches
• Create drawings incorporating exact measurements and codes
• Entering correct data to generate 3-D design models
