Are you a reliable individual with solid experience in finance? One of Bali’s most efficient villa rental agencies is looking for a Finance Administrator to join their team immediately! The ideal candidate has excellent time-management and organisational skills.

Requirements:

  • Local candidates only 
  • Graduate in Finance, Accounting or Economics
  • Proven work experience as a Finance Administrator, Finance Assistant or similar role
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and charts and using financial Excel functions) as well as Google Drive 
  • Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures
  • Time-management and organisation skills
  • Confidentiality

Responsibilities:

  • Create and update spreadsheets of daily transactions
  • Maintain reports on financial metrics
  • Keep records of invoices and tax payments
  • Identify and address account discrepancies
  • Participate in payroll processes
  • Creation of Invoices and Receipts
  • Update, verify and maintain financial records
  • Assist in reporting procedures
  • Cross-check accounting data
  • Liaise with other departments/customers/vendors
