F&B Operations Manager (Canggu)

Our client is looking for a dedicated and hardworking individual with previous restaurant or hotel management experience to manage their boutique food outlets in Canggu. The venue has a strong local and expat clientele and you will need to have excellent communication skills with one of your key strengths to engage with the venue’s loyal customers as well as harnessing a good team spirit.

Requirements:

• Local candidate only
• Good level of English both spoken and written
• Relevant educational background based on the role required
• Previous and proven work experience in restaurant or hotel management
• Ability to lead by example and manage a local team across various departments
• Communicate at all levels from suppliers, to your team through to major stakeholders
• Hardworking, honesty, teamwork and please the client at all times
• Monitor, organise and drive monthly F&B targets
• Implement key SOP requirements across all departments
• Forward planning, recruiting and ongoing team training
• Computer literate
