Designed by world-renowned architect MorQ, this luxury boutique property promises to be Bali’s most iconic and distinct hotel in its segment. The ideal candidate is someone who represents the brand’s competitive cultural DNA and is willing to take it to new heights. 

Requirements: 

  • Local or expat candidates will be considered 
  • Ideally, experience across both 5-star, luxury large-scale operations as well as boutique resorts. 
  • Asia experience serving international clients.
  • Strong operational background in rooms.
  • Proven track record of hospitality management success.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesian and any other languages is a plus.   
  • Highly interactive, people-friendly, sensitive to staff needs, and a great team player and motivator.
  • Able to deal effectively with guests in a luxury resort environment.
  • Actively involved in ensuring excellent guest experience and embedding loyalty programs.
  • Can be innovative with revenue-generating efforts.
  • Problem solver – not just problem identifier.
  • Highly effective at attracting and recruiting top talent from functional staff through to senior leadership teams.
  • Draft, review, and ensure the full implementation of the Hotel Operating Manuals, Policies and Procedures, Employee Handbook, Local Standard Operational Procedures, and all Job Description of all departments in the hotel.
  • Track record of creating and implementing effective onboarding and ongoing training.
  • Thorough knowledge of hotel’s operating policies & standards, along with local laws and regulations.
  • Attention to detail and guest satisfaction enhancements.
  • Flexible and adaptive to rapidly changing priorities and work demands.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel and CRM systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing and coordinating all functions of the hotel to achieve ongoing standards of service and value to guests, while meeting or exceeding planned profit objectives in a manner consistent with the company’s and owner’s philosophy and policies.
