Architect (Ungasan)

Requirements:

• Expat candidates only (Australian nationals preferred)
• 5-10 years of experience assisting in the creation of Schematic Designs, CDs, and field surveying
• Understanding of construction drawings, requirements, and standards
• Structure Technical expertise
• MEP’s knowledge will be appreciated
• Hospitality industry background will be requested
• Flexibility to go out in the field as well as the office
• Expert proficiency with all applicable software packages, including but not limited to AutoCAD, Sketch-up, Adobe, Photoshop, CS Suite & MS Office
• Collaborative and professional work ethic, team player
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to effectively meet deadlines

Responsibilities:

• Site surveying & drafting of existing conditions in AutoCAD
• Preparing Architectural Plans
• Assisting with Construction Administration
• Preparing presentation materials
