Requirements:

  • Both local and expat candidates will be considered
  • Experience in Account Management, Client Services, Client Management in the marketing, branding, and design space
  • A proven track record of delivering amazing experiential campaigns for clients end-to-end (from ideation to on-site execution) in Branding, Marketing, Design, Copywriting, Website Development, eCommerce, Product Design
  • Experience managing a cohesive team across multiple clients
  • Confident creative copywriting skills for briefs, pitches, and presentations 
  • Strong verbal presentation skills  
  • A relationship builder who can quickly build rapport with all types of people.
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Excited about working in an always changing and evolving industry
  • Have a positive and can-do attitude
  • Able to understand and overcome challenges with your clients
  • Solution and outcome-focused
  • Can manage multiple projects and work with various teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Impeccable English skills both written and verbal  
  • Agency experience is a plus
  • A qualification in Marketing is also an advantage  

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow relationships with all clients
  • Be the first point of contact for clients and provide customer service within our assigned portfolio 
  • Maintain client satisfaction via service levels and anticipate client needs
  • On-board new clients with presentations, pitches, and company documents 
  • Keeping clients happily retained 
  • Understand growth and be able to communicate that with clients through monthly reports
  • Identify and upsell new opportunities to key clients by keeping abreast of trends, new platforms, advancements in technologies, and the ever-changing experiential marketing landscape
  • Manage, communicate and present project deliverables, timelines, expectations, goals, and milestones to your team 
  • Oversee the briefing and development of mood boards and concepts/renders with the in-house creative team 
  • Work with design, copy, website, ads, and social media team to ensure cutting edge strategies are developed in the client’s best interest 
  • Develop proposals, pitch, and negotiate with clients until approval and sign-off
  • Champion company values, purpose, and vision internally & externally
